making Chili

I bought 4 packs of kosher beef sausages at Costco and was looking for a solution to eat them away.
My solution was Chili sauce.
I wanna share my recipe with you all.

1 red bell pepper
1/2 yellow onion
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 lb ground beef
1 lime
4 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 tea spoon cumin
1/2 Jalapeno
finely chopped cilantro leaves
black pepper

1 teaspoon dried oregano

15.5 oz peeled can tomato
15.5 oz pinto bean
15.5 oz black bean

chipotle (wanna eliminate this later. it was tooooo spicy..)
diced tomato with green jalapeno (not sure of this as well..)

1. dice the red bell pepper and the onion.

2. Heat a large saucepan and add olive oil.  Put the diced red bell pepper and the onion and stir fry them until the vegetables get tender.

3. Add diced jalapeno, minced garlic, squeezed lime juice, dried oregano, cumin, and sea salt to ground beef and mix them well. And put them aside for 10 min.

4. Put the marinated beef to the saucepan and cook until the meat is no longer pink.

5. Add beans, tomatoes, chipotle and simmer for about 2 hours.

6. Sprinkle black pepper if you wish. And serve the chili sauce on top of boiled and pan-fried sausages and Mexican rice. Don't forget to sprinkle the chopped cilantro over.
